Refund policy

We do our best to read through all reviews of products we list on our store. We ask that you please review and read all product details as some details may list sizing specifics like ordering a size larger on certain clothing items for a true fit. 

No return will be accepted if the issue with your purchase was due to not fully reading an item description.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a product so we may attempt to make it right. Product returns are accepted 30 days from delivery if the issue is found to be due to quality or shipping damage. You will be provided a return label at no cost to return defective merchandise to the supplier. Once the merchandise is received by the supplier, your refund will be processed. 

 

Sales are considered final on intimates (underwear, lingerie etc).
